What I'm focused on this month. Updated May 27, 2026.

At DataCamp: designer–builder ↔ engineer collaboration

The goal: smooth collaboration between designers and engineers, and a solid system that lets non-technical roles ship production-ready code with minimal intervention from developers. Less handoff, less translation loss, more shared ownership of the thing in front of the user.

The hard part is on both sides at once. For senior engineers, it's a mindset shift: letting non-engineers ship to production and moving from authoring code to reviewing it. For senior designers, it's a content shift: finding a new workflow and learning to read high-level code and the architecture of the products they're shipping into.

In parallel, I'm building the scaffolding — a shared system of folders and files with agents, abilities, processes, and code best practices — packaged so non-engineer roles can pick it up and ship without becoming engineers. The bet: if the scaffolding is good enough, developers only step in for the parts that actually need them.

New DataCamp mobile vision

Crafting the vision for a new DataCamp mobile app — one that mimics how people actually use tech today and turns that into a learning experience. The patterns users already know from the apps they open every day become the foundation for how they learn, instead of an obstacle to it.

Growing invoo

Co-founded invoo.es and shipped it end-to-end. Now the work is GTM: getting more freelancers and small studios onto it, learning what they actually need next, and turning their feedback into the roadmap.
